Bio:
Richard has lived in Garrett County since 1992. He entered into teaching in 2003 as a computer science teacher at Northern High School. He worked there 11 years before moving up to Garrett College. He teaches both Cybersecurity and Computer Science classes here at Garrett. He was instrumental in starting up the A.S. in Computer Science degree.
